Kapiti Gold Coast BNI – New President announced

BNI catering for a wide variety of businesses

Kāpiti’s Gold Coast chapter of BNI has announced that Cindy Foote is stepping into the role of President for the winter term.

In a world where the title of “President” doesn’t always guarantee sound leadership, it’s worth saying this clearly – the chapter is in very good hands.

Cindy has been part of BNI for close to 20 years and has already served as President twice. She understands the role, what it demands, and how to keep a chapter moving forward.

Outside BNI, Cindy is the founder and director of Jade Property Management, with more than 30 years of hands-on experience. Starting with her first property in 1991, she has built a substantial business across Levin, Wellington and the Kāpiti Coast, now managing around 570 properties.

Her involvement in the community extends beyond her business. Cindy is a trustee of the Kāpiti Housing Solutions Trust, an independent registered charity working alongside Council, iwi partners and other stakeholders to progress affordable housing initiatives across the region.

Her approach is practical, experienced and people-focused. It is built on years of solving problems, building relationships and delivering consistent results for property owners and tenants.

That same approach carries through into BNI, where Cindy brings a steady hand, strong local knowledge and a clear focus on helping members grow their businesses.

BNI (Business Network International) is the world’s largest and most successful business networking and referral organisation, operating in over 76 countries. Its primary goal is to help members grow their businesses through a structured, positive, and professional “Givers Gain” philosophy, focusing on passing qualified business referrals.
