The nationally renowned Kāpiti Coast Art Trail is on again this weekend – 10am-4pm both days.
The Kāpiti Coast Art Trail returned last weekend with plenty of locals and visitors out and about enjoying a feast of local art. Part two kicks off this weekend offering another round of creativity, connection, and inspiration in this the 25th year of the Art Trail.
This is a great chance to explore a wonderland of local art across the Kāpiti Coast. With over 140 artists participating, this is your chance to visit studios, shared spaces and galleries, meet the makers, and see firsthand how their work comes to life.

The Kāpiti Coast Art Trail was established in 2001 and has been delivering inspiration and delight every year since.
This is Kāpiti’s flagship art event — and one of the largest open studio trails in Aotearoa.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a curious wanderer, the Trail invites you to slow down, connect with creativity, and discover something truly special. Take a leisurely stroll through coastal gardens and arty enclaves. Be welcomed by artists and be inspired by their work; get ready to wander, discover, and fall in love with local art all over again.
