Electra Business & Innovation Awards announce 2023’s Top Shop awards finalists.
A record number of businesses across Kāpiti registered this year to enter the Top Shop Awards. Businesses put their name in the hat to be eligible for public voting, then the public text voted for the business they felt delivered the best customer experience.
Programme Manager Natalie Rutene says “It was wonderful to see so many local businesses take the opportunity to showcase the work they are doing in the customer experience space. With a record number of entrants, businesses involved worked hard to ensure their votes came rolling in; we tip our hats to all businesses who got involved and made the 2023 Top Shop Awards the great success it was” says Rutene.
