Kāpiti Business Clinic to be hosted by Kāpiti Chamber and WREDA

Are you a Kāpiti Coast Chamber of Commerce member business focused on increasing your scale and revenue outside the Wellington Region? If you are, then you may benefit from support available through the Regional Business Partner programme brought to you at the Kāpiti Business clinic on 19th March on the Kāpiti Coast.

Eligible businesses will receive a 45 minute, one on one, ‘discovery meeting’ with a Regional Business Partner growth advisor and a Business Mentor NZ coordinator.

The aim of the meeting will be to identify management capability development needs or innovation opportunities specific to the business that will support business growth. Places are limited.
Register your interest here.

Participating businesses will receive a follow up ‘action plan’ with steps that can be taken to grow the business, tailored to the right service at the right time. Services may include: business connections; business mentor services; capability development recommendations; NZTE services or; Callaghan Innovation services.

To be eligible for the above services, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Kāpiti Coast Chamber of Commerce member
  • Have fewer than 50 employees
  • Be trading and GST registered
  • Be either an existing business or start-up business

In addition, businesses will ideally be:

  • Technology, manufacturing (including F&B), or Māori businesses.
  • Willing to engage openly and honestly about the gaps, challenges, and opportunities within their business.
  • Committed to taking action.

Register your interest here. Places are limited. A Business Growth Manager will have an initial brief conversation, by phone, to set expectations and answer any questions you may have.

For eligible business, allocations will be made on a first in first come basis. Businesses will need to register on the Regional Business Partner Network website prior to their session. (This is a programme criteria set by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and can be completed in a few minutes online.)
