Coastella Time for Kāpiti

New Zealand’s most talked about boutique music festival Coastella returns to the stunning Kāpiti Coast with an eclectic trans tasman lineup.
Taking place on Saturday 23rd February, the 2019 programme will showcase a diverse range of acts, from jungle-rock-blues and slow-burning soul to psych-rock jams and up-and-coming indie pop.
Being held at the natural amphitheatre out back of Southwards, this third year of Coastella promises to be the biggest yet.
Festival Director Gerry Paul says “We’re proud to bring incredible music, culture and the tastiest locally made food and drink to the stunning Kāpiti Coast. We can’t wait to see you beautiful people at Coastella 2019.
Public transport is available to and from the venue and there is a top quality lineup which includes The Black Seeds, Trinity Roots, and Australian 11 piece brass ensemble The Hot Potato Band.
