The Electoral Commission says it is processing huge numbers of late enrolments to vote in tomorrow’s general election.
If you have not yet enrolled to vote you still can with enrolments closing at midnight tonight.
“Election day is almost here and this is your last chance to enrol,” says Alicia Wright, Chief Electoral Officer. “It’s not too late, but you need to do it right now. You can’t enrol on election day, Saturday 23 September, so make sure you’re enrolled by tomorrow.”
However, the Commission says it takes time to process enrolments so don’t leave it to the last minute or you may miss out.
