There was another great turnout for the Eventing Wellington Spring One day Horse Trial held at the start of November in QE Park, Paekākāariki.
Events involved Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping.
Kāpiti riders competing fresh back from the World Equestrian Games in France were Lily Palmer and Catarina Strom.
Palmer put in a superb display of precision riding to finish second in the Dressage section but her mount Dyami refused to co-operate during the Show Jumping phase.
