This move to steal part of our Electra Rebate by our totally undemocratic local body is pure spineless theft. I’ll go further and state this fact. The K.C.D.C. is quite possibly a corrupt institution. On the bright side it is only a few weeks till the public can speak via votes cast in an election. This will only further erode the Mayor and her other six cronies standing in the eyes of the ratepayer, good work Jenny, nobody can do it better.
