Greater Wellington’s Chris Laidlaw is welcoming the public of Kāpiti to attend a meeting at the Raumati South Memorial Hall at 4pm on Sunday to discuss Greater Wellington’s Parks Network Plan.
“We are looking to establish broad basic principles to apply across the board. It is important we protect the region’s bio-diverity and nurture local ecology. We also aim to provide for as many interests as we possibly can.
“The people of Kāpiti have taken an active role in the process to this point and we look forward to hearing their views on the Draft Plan,” said Cr Laidlaw.
