Kāpiti Politics: Greater Wellington are seeking feedback on their Long Term Plan.
Greater Wellington are responsible for a wide range of activities that contribute to the overall well being of our region. In particular there is a strong focus on protecting the environment while enabling sustainable economic activity.
In June 2018, GW adopted the Long Term Plan 201828 for the Wellington Region, which charts a course for the next decade to keep our extraordinary region thriving, connected, and resilient. GW are now reviewing the Long Term Plan to update it for 2021-31.
Greater Wellington says the work they do to progress these priorities will affect you and your community, so it’s important we understand what you think.
They say to help them to create the greater Wellington regional story they are keen to hear the public’s views on what you see as priorities for our region across the next ten years.
