The Annual General Meeting of kapiti Grey Power is being held on Wednesday 22 July 2026, starting over morning tea at 9:30am, with the formal AGM starting at 10:00am.
The AGM is being held at the Ocean Road Community Centre, with plenty of parking available. Members are warmly encouraged to attend. The Board will ensure that the formal proceedings are conducted efficiently and remain engaging.
There will be social opportunities to meet and mingle over a morning tea prior to the meeting starting. Remember to bring some change if you want to buy raffle tickets.
The AGM will include:
- A review of the Association’s financial performance for the reporting period ending 31 March 2026.
- Presentation of the Business Plan for 2026/27, with member feedback and endorsement sought.
- Election of Board members for the coming year.
- Recognition and celebration of member achievements.
