Ōtaki Museum has a new exhibition named Te Wāhi Ara Tereina | The Railway.
The Railway has at its core, the businesses and houses lying within a couple of blocks of Ōtaki Railway Station. The stories in this exhibition are about the people, businesses, work, social/recreational activities and homes of the area, explored through which, paint a picture of both the good and the challenging times, that have been experienced here over the years.
