Economic forecast – out of the Covid frying pan and into the inflation fire

ANZ Chief Economist Sharon Zollner is guest speaker at the Kapiti Electra Business Breakfast

Electra Business Breakfast is welcoming back Sharon Zollner, the ANZ New Zealand Chief Economist. Sharon last spoke at Breakfast in August 2021, and it’s certainly been an eventful year since then.

The world is reopening but there are hurdles with labour shortages, supply chains, the cost of living and a second wave of Covid and winter flu impacting on our business and personal lives. As central banks wage war on inflation, what might the future hold? Sharon is an engaging speaker who communicates in a way non-economists can grasp to help your business see the wood for the trees. She will take questions on the day.

This breakfast will be held in the Southward Theatre as it is likely to draw a large crowd.
