Kapiti captured in Vision & Verse

The beauty of the Kāpiti Coast has been captured by outstanding local photographers and their work is on public display over the next two weeks.

The Kāpiti Coast Photographic Society is holding its 2022 exhibition at the Roderick and Gillian Deane Community Art Space, Paraparaumu Library from 25 July to 5 August. It will be open to the public during library hours, after its official opening on 24th July to the club members and invited guests.

Sixty-four images are showcased in 3 sections: Kāpiti, Open and inspired by the Written Word. Images will be for sale at the end of the exhibition.

The cost of printing and mounting has been partly met by a grant from the Kāpiti Coast District Council Creative Communities Scheme, and partly from funds from the sale of the club’s annual Kāpiti Coast calendar.
