On Saturday 11 October the Kāpiti Coast Older Persons’ Council are once again holding their Kāpiti “Age on the Go” expo at Waikanae Memorial Hall between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. It will be a mix of professional and voluntary services, clubs, sports and hobby groups, and include a Tai Chi demonstration.
