Resolving disputes the FairWay

Effective from 1 November 2013, Dispute Resolution Services Limited (DRSL) will change its name to FairWay Resolution Limited.
This name change is part of the comprehensive change to our business model as we diversify and reach beyond dispute resolution to capture all aspects of the broader conflict management cycle, including dispute prevention, analysis and education.
While our name is changing, our legal status, office address and contact details will remain the same.
Why change DRSL to FairWay?
The new name and visual identity reflect comprehensive change to our organisation’s business model as it diversifies and reaches beyond dispute resolution to capture all aspects of the broader conflict management cycle, including dispute prevention, analysis and education.
Development of a well-aligned and engaging brand has been an important part of the organisation’s change process and sends a strong external signal of its new positioning. To this end Dispute Resolution Services Limited is changing its name to FairWay Resolution Limited.
What does the new brand mean?
The name FairWay Resolution underlines the value that the organisation adds through leadership and facilitation across the conflict management process and promotes the concept of fairness that is at the heart of all mutually beneficial relationships. Together with the new logo, which symbolises growth, guidance and relationships, the FairWay brand encapsulates an evolution to a progressive, commercial enterprise.
What are the practical implications of the change?
The name change does not affect our relationship with you. You will still be dealing with the same people. Although the organisation’s company name and look has changed, FairWay is still the same organisation with the same commitment to meeting your needs and delivering excellent customer service.
