Aylwyn Patterson – Profile

Following a successful sojourn as a navigating officer Aylwyn came ashore to start a varied career, including three years in America, employed by the then New Zealand Diary Board to establish our milk products there.
Head hunted by a major European shipping company he led the Wellington team to become the largest export freight revenue producer in Australasia. In addition he was part of a senior management team tasked with negotiating export freight contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Alywyn has integrity, business acumen, very strong communication and negotiating skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels.
He is a volunteer with the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind and a member of that organisations Kāpiti Community Committee.
