Richard Mansell will speak on the opportunities and challenges that face Coastlands now and into the future
Richard has recently been appointed Chief Executive of the group of companies that own Coastlands Shoppingtown. Coastlands is a mixed use retail and commercial centre in the heart of the Paraparaumu Town Centre.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and has been on the Board of Coastlands for over twenty five years and has worked in the business alongside his father, the late Bruce Mansell for the last twenty years. Richard was born in Paraparaumu, educated in Kāpiti and has been involved in the community since he settled here with his wife and three children in 1995. He has been involved with rugby, hockey and swimming and has been on the Board of Trustees of Kenakena School for twelve years, the last six as Chairperson.
