Kāpiti Coast District Council staff numbers in 2007/08 stood at 250 full time equivalents and the numbers today are 261, Council Chief Executive Pat Dougherty said today.
“There was a suggestion in the media yesterday that numbers had increased by 100 in the past three years. This is not correct,” he said.
“Overall numbers increased by 11 full time equivalents during the past three years.”
