Recent winner of the Blamey Stakes in Melbourne was kiwi galloper Tavistock – known in Oz as Lord Tavistock. It was reported Tavistock was with Ōtaki trainer Andrew Campbell. Andrew is actually in Opaki but would be welcome in Ōtaki any time.
