Kāpiti Mayor Janet Holborow congratulated all of those who entered the awards which celebrate business achievement across Kāpiti and Horowhenua.

“Congratulations to Mark Brosnahan, the 2026 Horowhenua Kāpiti Business Hall of Fame – Kāpiti Laureate.

“Alongside his amazing wife Monique, Mark has run Brien Electrical for over thirty-seven years. The company’s reputation is built on values that matter – being professional, reliable, and efficient. Those values are reflected in the loyalty of their customers, and the strong support Brien Electrical have given to local causes, including sporting groups, charities, and community initiatives,” says Mayor Holborow.
