Malu Jonas, Acting TIC Music, Paraparaumu College says there is keen anticipation for the upcoming fundraising concert for Mary Potter Hospice that the students of Paraparaumu College are performing in.
“In the fine tradition of Merrick Stein, my erstwhile boss and predecessor, we are presenting music, dance and singing of an impressive standard at Southwards on Friday, October 17, at 7pm.”
Ms Jonas says the concert will involve amazing items ranging from Flamenco Guitar, to Mission Impossible, from Vivaldi’s Winter to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.
Also featuring: Bagpipes, Saxophone soloist, Vocalists, Jazz Band, Barbershop, Classical Guitar, and the Amadeus Orchestra.
