The Kāpiti Coast District Council notifies its intention to undertake the actions outlined in Schedules 1 to 3 below, in accordance with the Reserves Act 1977.
Schedule 1: Land to be declared reserve and classified
The Council intends to declare the following council administered land as reserve, under section 14(2) of the Reserves Act, and classify the land for the purposes stated below:

Schedule 2: Existing reserves to be classified
The Council intends to classify the following reserves, under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act, for the purposes listed below:

Schedule 3: Reserves to be reclassified
The Council intends to reclassify the following reserves, under Section 24(1) of the Reserves Act, for the reasons listed below:

If you wish to submit on any of the proposals, you must do so in writing no later than 5pm on Thursday 18th September 2025.
