Community support would be greatly welcome for a superb Recycled Clothing Event on Sunday 8th June as a  Breast Cancer Fundraiser through Kāpiti Coast United Football Club.

KCU are raising money to support the Belinda Lally Research Project which in conjunction with Breast Cancer Cure is raising money to fund research into Triple negative Breast Cancer.

Word of mouth through friends of Belinda’s made the club decide to support this worthy cause and to host the fundraiser on the coast. The clothing and accessories are being donated from people throughout New Zealand and will be sold at the event. There will be “fill a bag” options for $10 and designer clothing at heavily reduced prices. We will have Men’s, Women’s and Children’s clothing available.

“All funds raised at the event will be donated to the Trust. We are still accepting donations at the Clubrooms with a final drop off day on 31st of  May.”

The event is on Sunday 8th June at KCU Clubrooms on Weka Park from 1pm to 5pm. All are welcome. Eftpos available and the Bar will be open.
