“Lived in Kāpiti for over 50 years and have raised four children here. I have been a farmer, social worker, and teacher in Kāpiti; and I understand the people, culture and treasures of our wonderful community. I know the issues.
“My vision is for a Council that delivers long-term sustainable core-services, puts the public first and sticks to the basics. Red tape, wasteful spending and unnecessary services must be eliminated from KCDC.
“If elected, I will strive to lower our rates.”
