“Hello, I’m offering to serve you in Paraparaumu to the best of my abilities. I like to succeed. On your behalf.
“I have excellent experience in local government in Hutt City as a Mayor, Councillor, the Wellington Regional Council, plus the Health Board.
“I’m a Fellow Chartered Accountant, have my own business, and spare time to work for you and Paraparaumu.
“I love Kāpiti and have walked and cycled over most of our streets and environs. I have attended a number of council meetings.
“I want to follow on from what we achieved with the Hutt City Council. We had a talented council and staff. I believe we were the best in New Zealand at what we set out to do.
“This included lowering rates and debt, strengthening core business and lifting our civic character. We were determined and successful.”
