“I’m standing for re-election as the Ōtaki Ward Councillor. It’s a privilege to represent my community and advocate for what matters most to us.
“Born and raised in Ōtaki, I bring local knowledge, strong connections, six years on the Ōtaki Community Board, and three years as your councillor. A recipient of a Civic and Local Hero award for volunteer work in Ōtaki.
“A mum of four, registered nurse, and chair a national charity. I work as a Well Child (Plunket) nurse, closely connecting me to the needs of whānau, health, housing, and wellbeing.
“During my term, we’ve continued to support local events, progressed key water infrastructure upgrades, restored access to the Ōtaki Gorge, and helped establish the new Ōtaki Te Horo Business Association.
“I’ll continue to be a strong voice, a collaborator, and a listener—committed to building a resilient, thriving Ōtaki that grows in a way that supports everyone.”
