“Waikanae Beach is my principal place of residence, I am a local business owner, and aviation professional with over 20 years of military service, I bring practical leadership, discipline, and a commitment to accountability.
“I’m standing because Kāpiti needs to get back to basics. Double-digit rate rises are the result of poor management and out-of-control vanity projects. This must end. Council must focus on core services: roads, water, infrastructure, and supporting the communities who actually pay the bills.
“The recent flood hazard maps are a clear example of a poor process with unrealistic, untested, outcomes and released without proper consultation or peer review. That’s not good enough.
“My priorities include maintaining essential services, supporting local businesses in procuring Council work, protecting property rights, and ensuring every ratepayer gets fair value.
“Kāpiti deserves leadership that listens, acts, and respects the people it serves. I’m standing to deliver exactly that. No politics. Just progress.”
